PLAY WHERE THE PROS PLAY

March 3, 2025

Congrats !!! To all last week’s winners around the globe – While you might not tee it up WITH the pros (unless today you are a member of Seminole – playing in the best field of the year at their annual Pro Member – click here to see field) ALL the venues used last week are available to visiting golfers – although some are private and do have restrictions.

Starting with one of my favorite venues – Millbrook Resort in Queenstown, New Zealand – host this year to the New Zealand Open.

South Africa is one of the hottest destinations to combine on courses birdies with off course wildlife and the Investec South Africa Open was played at historic (1922) Durban CC as a feature on the DP World Tour.

The LPGA was in Singapore at the Sentosa GC for the HSBC Women’s World Championship.

Here at home PGA TOUR’s – Cognizant Classic of The Palm Beaches was played at PGA National – don’t look to shoot a 59, like Jake Knapp – I used to belong and there were times I felt I shot a 59 on 9-holes when playing the Champ. With 6 courses there is amble variety to satisfy a week’s stay at one of Florida’s top resorts.

Where do you want to Play Where the Pros Play??

Next week –

The PGA TOUR returns to the home of “The King” Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge for the Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by MasterCard – a Signature event. It also is in the Caribbean sun for the Puerto Rico Open at The Grand Reserve Club.

The LPGA is still in Asia but moves to China’s Hainan Island and the Jian Lake Blue Bay GC for the Blue Bay LPGA tournament. The course is the island most exclusive but may be accessed by non-members before 8 am – perfect in the Asian heat!

The DP World Tour stays in South Africa but moves to the Signature Jack Nicklaus course at Houghton GC for The Joburg Open.

And LIV GOLF is back in action at the prestigious & historic (1889) Hong Kong CC.
